Our list of hair services
Hair He Is was founded by Rick Boreland in 2001. He’s a veteran Barber who started the trade at age 16 and received his license at 25. The shop has served the Mount Vernon Community for over 20 years.
Rick extends his community service by teaching Barbering at the local high school. Under the ‘Hair He Is’ Tradeamrk, Rick has cut the hair of K-Ci & Jojo, The Manhattans, Jay-Z, and Fat Joe.
